After breaking ground last year, Joy Condos recently celebrated another construction milestone as the Turner Fleischer Architects-designed condominium reached grade level. Set to rise 21 storeys, the development by Gemterra Developments Corporation has topped two underground parking levels and crews are now working on the concrete verticals for subsequent floors.
